I plan on taking the family to Grand Rapids this fall.
The major differences I see about Indiana vs Mi are duty to inform, and no possession while intoxicated (which I would assume is anything above 0.01bac)
Otherwise it seems pretty clear cut, most no-gun signs lack force of law, off-limits...
I'm fairly young(32) and I've been working in Chicago for about 3 years...
Biggest thing is to avoid eye contact in the first place and not to reply to anything. If anyone get within my personal space, repeats themselves... I say SIR or MA'AM loud enough for bystanders to look
I have had one...
They are old enough to vote and die for this country, not kids once they are 18. I know 60 yo's that still act like kids, in both good and bad ways.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
I've been looking at options to build or buy an upper for a 350 Legend pistol, and I came across Aagil( Michigan address) other options are limited for budget & in stock items.
They have a gimmicky Ted Nugent series, and very few reviews; they did however, show up at MidwayUSA marked up.

Holstered , round chambered, double action, doesn't have a safety....
Seems irresponsible to carry on an empty chamber. If you don't trust yourself carrying a loaded pistol you either aren't ready, or have way too light of a trigger pull and need a different carry gun.
No, absolutely not.
If some string of events happens and you haven't officially received your carry card after the ISP review, you could potentially be charged, and then you will not be eligible for a minimum of 5 years, or potentially ever.
I have a 5 year LTCH in good standing , and for...
I moved out here last year. It's ridiculous how many people will either-
whip out in front of you just to slowly accelerate, with no one behind you for a mile...
think it's ok to do 50 in the left lane of a 70, and half of those people are out of state with a trailer.
Camp in the left lane...
FedEx sucks, they never want my signature on the expensive/legally required shipments, but will have 3 delivery attempts for a $10 anything while my wife is at home....
Shameless attempt to pad his warchest. If he loses , he has cash for 2024 presidential race, if he wins, he can ride it out and still try to run or try again for pres in 2028.
No, I think it's specifically about #1, but from more than 5 years ago so maybe it's a paperwork thing where it's the absolute last date in the system.
Out of curiosity, could you provide any case info or law that specifies that Non-Indiana events would be considered as falling under" a conviction ... under IC 35-xx(insert any number)" It appears to me that the full text specifically defines conviction under listed Indiana statutes.
To note, I have never had a denied 4473 either, about to fill out my 7th since moving here.
(Just in case anyone thought I was an 80% build & private sale only loop-holer)
I don't get the reference, and I am only willing to share so much of my information. I do not have any assault charges or convictions, nor do I have any domestic abuse charges or convictions anywhere.
As stated prior, I entered any pertinent information, as required, identically to my 5 year...
I submitted the appeal documents. They tagged me for the proper person clause, but I have never been charged for anything in Indiana, and anything I had from when I was younger was reported identically to my 5y application that was approved.
Submitted 07/06/21

Just got a denial letter , even though my 5 year was approved in the beginning of 2021 and no life events have occured between then and now that would change my record.
Thanks!
Unfortunately I go behind enemy lines every day (work in Chicago)
Most of Kendall county has smaller rural towns that are pretty nice , but being taxed to death , and ruined by Blue Springfield and Chicago.
