you are right, the blocks become much stronger as more blocks and more weight are stacked on them.

Better price for m855?
i have reloaded a couple K of them and i have found them to be as accurate if not more so than surplus, really. Its not the best bullet for shooting little ragged holes new or pulled, but ive had no bad experiences with it

Exceeding max load reccomemdations?
whats the pay off and whats the risk? 125fps extra or at best a $1200.00 paper weight, at worst a .44mag slide in your eye socket

read at least 2 good reloading manuals like SPEER, HORNADY, HODGDONS, or LYMAN and ask as many reloaders as many questions as you can.
