Every life is worth saving its not my place to decide who lives and dies. You never know what's up in someone's life and you can't judge a book by its cover. The guy I did cpr on in July looked like a user when I found him and guess what he wasn't and it wasn't an od. If I just decided that he looks like a junkie so I'm not touching him he would have died covered in puke in the woods at night instead of being cleaned up and surrounded by family.
