    @marvin02 how is that falling steel for kids??
    If they can move and safely handle their firearm they can do it. Finger off the trigger while moving, muzzle kept downrange, etc

    Wildcat Valley is a good place for a beginner of any age. Laid back folks shooting there but still maintaining safety.

    @crewchief888 or @gottabeoutdoors, your thoughts?

    What a beautiful day. Sucks stuck at work but do love having the shop doors open and getting that fresh air. Even a little warmer tomorrow but the evening looks to turn nasty. Seeing possibility of hail and tornadoes before temps dropping and snow on Wednesday. Gotta love NWI where you can have 3 seasons in the course of 48hrs

    I hope the weather holds off till after lunch. I have multiple morning mail deliveries to Chiraqi suburbs as far north as Oakbrook. It'll be even more miserable in the rain. :(

    A hike at Tolleston dunes was in order today. It is so nice to go out to places that are peaceful and
    quiet while everyone else is working. That applies to gun ranges also. :stickpoke::bacondance:
    Agree perks of being a stay at home parent….. lol we do everything on weekdays weekends are reserved for personal residences whenever possible.

    Going to try to take down the remainder of the Christmas lights today while its nice out. Have the nets on the bushes, and a couple trees wrapped, shouldn't take too long. Pack that stuff away and maybe get out the motorcycle for a quick ride as well if time permits.

    Have you looked into the year round lighting? Seems like you're doing a lot of work for just changing colors....
