I've heard some guntubers and others say the green dot tends to get lost easier outdoors when shooting with a lot of grass/vegetation around whereas the red really stands out. I just personally prefer the red better but that's just personal preference... :dunno:

For someone who's shot quite a bit near my cabin (me), I've found this to be true.
I do have one green dot, but I'll always buy red from now on. (all rifle dots)
The green woods makes the green dot disappear.

My youngest turns 8 today. Unfortunately he woke up at 3am puking and kept puking off and on today. He’s finally taking a good a nap. What a bummer way to spend a birthday. We went big for him this year too but I’m not sure he’ll even feel like opening gifts today. Sounds like this stomach bug has been going around.

On a positive note we’ve had our new dog “Chip” for 9 months now and he’s really settled in as part of the family. He is soooo great with the kids. He is protective of them, always plays gentle with them and won’t rough house with them like he does with me. He always knows when they’re not feeling good and gives them extra snuggles.

I'm sick today. So I'm catching up on YouTube and reloading off and on.
    Sickness is so boring.
Did a couple hundred 5.56 from cases I had prepped. Rattle battle stuff. 55 gr fmj. Like the new suppressor. Makes the gun shoot a smidge higher than w/o it so further testing will be in order.

Poor guy. Looks like he has some good comfort company there at least.

I just spent time loading 9mm. I've shot more than I've loaded and have thousands of brass backing up I need to get loaded up.

I'm not starting with a 1lb 5oz optic on a 4.5 lb close up gun.

A green circle dot optic should get the job done. I'm not planning to hunt leprechauns in a bright sun lite wheat field so green should be good.

I expected that so I have a back-up option for you.

Still not green circle dot, it's set extra high for NV use and it weighs in at 10.4oz compared to 5oz for the Holosun AEMS/Scalar Works mount bundle I ordered from Scalar today. :lmfao:
