I don't end my day in light in any case. Who does? I guess if you go to bed before 10Pm or so. Not that no one does this, but I doubt it's a majority of people.I do wish the survey had asked a companion question to "Do you prefer to start your day in light/dark/no preference?", by asking, "Do you prefer to end your day in light/dark/no preference?"
Starting the day in darkness is tolerable. It is the forced daylight at the end of the day that is more problematic. (Yes, circadian rhythm is impacted by not having light to begin the day, but it is far more impacted by not having dark for a sufficient amount of time to end the day.)
I go to bed at 8. Sometimes a little before.I don't end my day in light in any case. Who does? I guess if you go to bed before 10Pm or so. Not that no one does this, but I doubt it's a majority of people.

Hey, I just don't wanna know what you're doing during your "me time"Those hours between 4 a.m. and 7 or 8 a.m. are my "me time" though!
Nothing like that. Coffee, breakfast, and usually work or laundry (or both).
I'm just teasing my friend.Nothing like that. Coffee, breakfast, and usually work or laundry (or both).
If I’m drinking “Coffee, breakfast” at 4 am I have not been to sleep yet…Nothing like that. Coffee, breakfast, and usually work or laundry (or both).
Probably from being up so late what with all the daylight and stuff! If I’m drinking “Coffee, breakfast” at 4 am I have not been to sleep yet…
