Still no explanation as to what happened with Amendments #1 and #4, I would assume #1 failed, and #4 is good.

Looks like 1084 passed 73-22 with 5 not voting/excused. I saw 2 Dems who voted Yea (Fleming and Hatfield) I'll have to count and see if we peeled off any more.

It looks like Vernon didn't even try and make a motion that Amendment #1 be adopted. He started with his amendment #2.
Amendment #4 was friendly (and just text cleanup) so it was added.

At the HB 1235 hearing we had several red shirts. The only one who spoke was from Grannies Against Guns.
