OK, I have to chime in here. I am also on disability. Most of us have some sort of financial limitations. Some a little, some a lot. If you cannot afford the site supporter fee, then start participating in the discussions. For me, the only way my disability status is relevant to this forum is that because I have more time at home on my hands, I have been able to form many bonds and friendships with people that I would not have met otherwise . So I honestly do not see how the rules are unfair. Either pay $20 or become a member of an outstanding community of like-minded people, many of them local to you.

50 posts is easy for anyone with a disability. I was born without a sense of humor and I'm over 25k. 43 of those are quality, but my ratio skyrocketed when I hired these guys to take over my account:

The first part you clearly for one dont understand sarcasm AT ALL and secondly you felt the need to break it down monthly like this was the highlight of your day and basic math to you is like the lost language of a mystical tribe and you enlightened us on secrets of the universe from your all seeing oracle.

When i make any purchase, even at a gun show or private sale i take into account my entrance fee, gas money and travel time along with asking price, my logic is im not gonna spend a combined total of more than somethings worth to me, Im not gonna spend a combined total of $300 on a used item i can buy new for $250 or whatever it is. If you cant grasp that basic logic please spare us both the waste of time with basic mathematics and life lessons on how you feel somebody should budget anything.

And lastly i dont know how you could be a moderator and have the nerve to say someone on disability has "all this free time" when you dont know why someones on disability and the terminal illness theyre fighting. So your saying if anyones on disability and they dont work, lifes great we just sit at home enjoying life, dont have any Dr. Appts, no treatments or procedures and sit around all day while you slave at your job supporting the elderly and terminally ill who "dont have a pesky job" and in your mind probably never worked and was considered disabled when the government said "raise your hand if you want to be disabled" and then numerous specialists made me quit my union job by fabricating terminal ilness and other severe health problems and documenting them with imaginary test results. That stereotype of disabled persons and then having the audacity to say "not to be rude" before you attempt to say us disabled people are loaded with free time like were free loaders and leeches sucking off the system while YOU support us and the pesky elderly who shouldnt be here taking your resources youre entitled too. I knew what kinda tool you were the moment i seen the $1.60 breakdown, im sure youve used that one more than a handful of times and your smile gets bigger the more you use it

When he went all Holy Moses about being disabled is where he lost me. I’m not saying disabled folks sit at home doing nothing, but gimme a friggin break. OP’s been here a year and a half and can’t find the time to make 50 good posts during that time? Total BS, ain’t NO way he’s THAT busy with appointments and crap that he can’t fit in (wait for it, more mathametizing comin’ OP lol!) one post every 12.48 days!

Sarcasm is in purple not to distinguish it from serious but to distinguish it from stupid. Spend 5 minutes on the internet and you'll realize reality is way dumber than you can imagine. I've come across many posts I've thought were sarcasm or trolling only to find the OP was serious and offended at a jocular answer or sarcastic and I'd denny'd it. The difference between ignorance and stupid is ignorance is fixable. I love ignorant folk, they're willing to listen and learn. Stupid, not so much.

If you budget the cost of travel and entrance to the gun show then run the math on the site supporter fee. By the time you figure parking and entrance (up to what, 8 and 12 respectively?) to the 1500, that site supporter fee doesn't sound so bad anymore. Plus you don't have to be around the aromatics and stupidity at the show. The show hasn't really had good enough prices to warrant the trip the last couple times I've been anyway.

I stand by my statement. If you cant afford $20, you cant afford a luxury toy you will find here and you need to re-evaluate your financial priorities if you think you do.

If you need to sell to make some money that is understandable. So pony up the $20 and post your item(s). you'll make it back on your first sale. Hell, its feasible that a cheap buyer will haggle you down $20, so its no different.

And if you need to sell and you just cant stomach the $20, go find a pawn shop. They're free. (same for buying if you need your first gun for protection)

Yeah, this mod is rather outspoken and opinionated. Sorry not sorry. I dont like to mince words and am brutally honest.

I know being a Mod can be a bit stressful, especially in today's world but you gonna get and ulcer brother.. I would have just given him a simple NO if I thought he was serious. I know too many people think they are special for one reason or another, personally I add them the very much appreciated "ignore" list.
