    Morning everyone, temps are finally getting to a wonderful place.
    Definitely loving this weather. Looks to be warmer next week though. Low 80s for a few days.......at least according to forecast now, and we all know that's subject to change hourly

    The weather here suuuuuucks. Just back from a work trip in Clearwater/St. Pete Florida and it was much more pleasant down there at 90*. I have the wife about 85% convinced we need to move, just need interest rates to not be 7%.

    Yeah the 7% is killing me slowly... I hope that I can refinance at some point.

    The humidity level is doable now, but the cold is making everything ache and sore so I'm looking for warmer weather... Hoping it warms up for Sunday so I can shoot outdoors...

    When I bought my house in the early 90's 7.5% was cheap. As rates declined I refied then paid it off. Back in the early 80's home loans were around 14% so consider the current rate cheap.
