Honestly the 50 post rule does not seem too bad in respect to the new requirements imposed by sites like armslist classifieds. In terms of listings and what not, all this site really requires is active engagement with the site. If that prevents scammers and risky people from making their way into the listings then i have to say i support it. Armslist is dead to me ever since they started charging and requiring a lot of personal information just to browse. I also dig all the firearms educated people on here and the interesting discourse which takes place.

That’s why I’m here,………….well that and to laugh at the shooters.

That's pretty much where I was when I started here. I've gotten lots of cool stuff in the classies, but I'd still be here without them.

You get it. You are a rare bird. Most people here for the classifieds just want to make money or buy shiny things and couldnt care less about the rest of the site.
