Big thumbs up for the customer service at Lowe's in Merrillville.

New kitchen sink faucet had the wrong installation directions and was missing parts. No questions asked they accepted the return

Went to look for another faucet and the wife really liked the model we had to return. Took it to the service desk where the woman let us open it and check to make sure it was correct before paying.

Nice to get good service from someone acting in a professional, polite manner.

That's good to hear. We have 2 neighbors that have recently gone through horrible customer service situations. One with new a washer/dryer. Dryer wasn't working properly. Six weeks to get the situation resolved. F**k that. Next door neighbor with a new vehicle. What they put her through would take a page and 1/2 to detail. I probably would have been arrested at the dealership.

Lots of windshield time this weekend. Drove down to Hanover Friday night. Yesterday it was a trip from there to Ft. Wayne with a stop in Muncie before coming home. Now an afternoon of watching grade school girl's basketball. People keep telling me I'll miss these days, but I'm just looking forward to having that opportunity to miss them.
