To his credit, there is going to be a lot more of this sort of thing at similar tracks next season, I'd bet.

They might just have to discourage it somehow.

Or nascar could give the fans what they want and embrace the spectacular move.

Was watching it live and couldnt believe it. When they showed the replay it looks like they sped it up.

He said he threw it in 5th, let go of the steering wheel and put his foot to the floor.

The best part was Dennys face after the race. When they went to interview Denny they had his face on the big screens at the track and the place erupted in boos, it was so loud. Guess I am not the only one who doesnt like that douche bag.

Yep. I am not a huge fan of his, but he definitely went for it. Good for him. The crowd loved it. They were cheering more for him that they were the winner.

Been a Nascar fan all of my life and I'm kind of torn on this one. I definitely thought it was awesome to see, but I certainly don't want to see drivers doing this all the time.

I know it would only work on very few tracks, but I don't want every driver to be doing this at Martinsville just so they don't lose 5 spots in the final turn.
