This really just seems like beltway nonsense to me and something to generate book sales. Did anybody in China's leadership seriously think the US was going to war in the last hour of the Trump presidency? Have they got something like Operation RYAN running coming to that conclusion?

It's not like the US had an exercise the scope of Able Archer 83 going or laid on.

General Milley, as a professional military man, really had no reason to make that call. He should have known better.

I would agree, his behavior here looks more like a ninny rather than an American general. This country can't afford to have the world thinking that our military is foolish.

Either we are at WAR or we aren't. Either there is a Congressional Declaration against an enemy or there isnt. Its constitutionally that simple.

I could clearly says HoosierLife is treasonous just off the fact that you vote for and elect representatives who vote to send Aid(food) to North Korea. We could just say the whole country is treasonous. I mean we have been in a perpetual state of war with them since the 1950s but yet from 1996-2008 we account for more than 50% of the food aid to them.
