And nobody is condemning of their culture.
That police chief by blaming guns is part of the problem.
Guess he wants to retire w full benefits.

Maybe it'll all get better, when Chicago does what Oregon is doing, removing the math and reading requirements for graduating HS.

Exactly right. It's not a "gun problem" it's a "people problem' Until the talking heads have the guts to stand up and acknowledge that the problem isn't the guns it's the trigger pullers there will be no change.
