Morning again all! Got some more re-sleep, then went to Kroger to get stuff to make Thai stir-fry again. Gonna go with shrimp this time. I got to thinking, I don't need to make a big batch all at once. It cooks quick enough that I can just cook the noodles and keep them in the fridge and pull them out as needed, add the veggies and shrimp to make as little or as much as I want.

My wife and daughter do their own version of stir-fry, they always do a fried rice that I really like, and pot stickers. Yumm

I was getting tired of making the same old things all the time, so it was a nice change of pace. I love Thai food, so I figured I'd try my hand at it.

DD can we get a little more info about the peppers that you are using for this dish. Where did you find it and does it have a brand name?

Here's what I've got. I got them both at Kroger. The Pad Thai rice noodles I got are the same brand as the Pad Thai sauce (in the bottle).

Yep, my daughter in particular likes to try new new food, and she's good at cooking.
I don't know if I've ever had Thai style food, Not sure exactly what is all in Thai. I know I've never eaten at a Thai restaurant
