    My rant for today.

When the entire fractional reserve economic model is collapsing, why do so few even bother to notice and how can anyone think things will go back to normal?

I am thinking more than likely within 6 months (could be up to a year, but not without more pain)we build a new ship, and fly away from the old one.

I do not see anyway it does not happen.

Then again I did not think the federal reserve note would survive QE3.

    So time will tell.

Little Volcano called Krakatau erupting. Blast was heard 150 miles away in Jakarta. Ash has currently has reached 15 KM(almost 50k feet).

    https://www.volcanodiscovery.com/krakatau.html

A large magmatic eruption is taking place at the volcano right now. Based on satellite imagery, VAAC Darwin spotted a high-level ash and SO2 plume reaching 47,000 ft (15 km) altitude moving WNW.
A strong thermal hot spot is detected as well. Both the webcam on Anak Krakatau Island and from the coast (in 40 km distance) show strong lava fountaining from the volcano.
This seems to be the strongest eruptive phase since the violent phreatomagmatic activity following the partial collapse of the volcano in Dec 2018, which had triggered a deadly tsunami on 22 Dec 2018.

Is that the same one that erupted back in the early 80's and was supposed to give us really nice sunsets? I remember driving out to some remote place (Lover's Leap) out by Attica to watch and was disappointed.

Yes. We will see how long it erupts. This appears to be the largest eruption since the 1883 one.
