Going to start 2020 off right with a rifle match tomorrow. Best I can hope for is middle of the pack and an enjoyable time.

I'm not having a great New Year's Eve . Not that I was going to a wild party, or similar, BUT .... I have sump pump problems in the basement.
The main pump seems to have gone kaput, and the big rains we had recently have a huge amount of water that is coming in through the french drains.

It'll be interesting to see if the battery back-up pump can last through the night. Getting a plumber to come out tonight, or tomorrow would be insanely expensive.
I might have to make a trip to Lowe's (if they're open ?!?), and see if they have an assembly I can possibly install myself. Harrumph !

We were woke by the gun fire from the locals. I did not hear anything hit the house so we are good to go. Crazy bastages out my way.

Question, since I don't know much about 556 ammo, is there a good reason for me to keep this order for the XM193 NATO stuff, which is about $45 more than I could get a case of AE223M? I have no idea what the difference is between them, from a pure target practice perspective. I'm kicking myself for not looking into pricing before jumping on the deal. Seems prices for 223/556 is cheaper than the last time I bought by quite a bit.
