Yeah, it's pretty heavy. I would want a shoulder holster to carry it. I just use it for the range.

I had one of these back in the early 90's. I had the large case with barrel an mags in .41AE and 9mm, a box of IMI boolits for each caliber, and factory night sights. It was a sweet shooter. One of many regrettable sales in my life. Last time I found factory .41AE ammo, it was over $50 for the box of 50.

Picked this one up yesterday. I was looking for a good target pistol that's only role in my collection is to embrace the joy of shooting. It's a Ruger Mk IV Target.

So, I'm cleaning my sock drawer gun (Iver Johnson 38 cal). Here comes one of our 1 year old cats to help.
When cleaning my semi-auto CCW, the door to my cleaning area is closed.

How does this measure up the the Shadow I got from you...???

The trigger on the Target 2 is better (still not sure if its ~$300 worse however when I consider a Cajun kit), the frame however is a whole different story. CZ should only make frames like the Shadow 2 from now on, the 1911 style checkering is superb!
