f-ing 'battery tender'

Lowered the car lift to drive my antique Jeepster off the lift. Battery tender said that battery was charged. ITS A LIAR.

Battery is dead.

Have a real battery charger hooked up now in hopes that the battery will take a charge. I need to lift a Porsche up this afternoon for some work and the Jeepster is now sitting in front of the lift. That will either be pushed into one of the empty bays or it will start. I'm hoping it will start. Pushing it around on a wet gravel drive will not be fun, especially since the nearest empty bay is 4 bays over.

Battery tender will be going into the trash.

On the bright side a bunch of old furniture was picked up by a charity that resells it to support an orphanage so I'm making progress on cleaning out some of the stuff we no longer use.

Off to fish lake for my daughters softball game. Looks like a nice day today.

Time to start shopping for a new bank. The one I'm at seems to be dragging there feet on getting me any resolution on the fraud I had when on vacation. Keep giving me the excuse that the manager is not there. They finally sent my dispute paperwork out and said its going to take 10 days for it to process, to see if I can get my money back.

I gotta hit the range at some point to relieve all this stress.

I had a full on identity theft thing happen some years back. To their credit, Chase had the $4,000 or so missing from my checking account back in within minutes of the first call.

I took enough cash for the trip. The bank put a travel notice on my card. They didn't tell me this was a new thing they were offering. The bank basically used me as a guinea pig and it back fired. My wife found out this travel notice basically turns off fraud protection.

Thats what I thought. All the purchases were made in lake station, Hobart, merrilville, and crown point. All in the same day. And I was 1300 miles away.

I've done that before but normally it also includes a low blood sugar that requires me to sit in the parking lot and eat before I turn the key in the ignition to go where ever...

Just canceled my Facebook account. Now don't get me wrong it will only last a week or 2 before I need to get on again to keep an eye on my favorite stores and guns, etc.... But it will be under a fake name this time around
