Holy cow Mercedes!

I rarely get blown away by a car but my goodness. Watching some of the masters coverage and saw a commercial for the new AMG GT. That is one amazingly beautiful car. I mean with the exception of the Eagle Speedster or possibly Eleanor, has there ever been a more perfect looking car made? I don't even like Mercedes but when I saw the commercial I audibly said, "Wow".

Nice looking, and they played off the classic look of cars like the Jaguar, and the Cheetah. My preferences are more 'modern' looks.

The Eagle Speedster is the modern interpretation of those old E Types. It's first on my list.

1: Speedster
2: Eleanor
3: AMG GT

I had a '66 XKE. Stolen while I was overseas. Took most of a day to replace a fan belt. Kick butt car for sure.

YES! as long as its a series 1 or 2. no 3. (in my family, there are 3 coupes, 1 roadster, and an XK140 - i have an attachment to them)

Uh, that's an AMG Mercedes. So hideous paint is kind of 'standard equipment'.

"Mid life crisis mobile"? That whole CAR, not just the paint, screams "mid-life crisis"!

Actually, IMO that AMG looks as though they stole the look directly from the new Jaguar F-type:
