At work, not much food around, too busy to actually hit the cafeteria. They have little cups of three hardboiled eggs and I downed two of the three in the cup. Never really been a fan of plain hardboiled eggs, or any style for that matter. Recently came to appreciate deviled eggs though.

It seems like a hardboiled egg is a very healthy snack when you consider it. All the protein, no fat from oil or butter in cooking, no carbs from the bread you'd normally eat with an egg. What says INGO, hardboiled eggs FTW?

I don't do poached, so I don't know. I boil a pot of water, dump in a dozen eggs, cook them for 10 minutes, and then put them in cold water to stop the cooking. That usually gets them to not-quite-hard-boiled.

If you want healthy you need to throw awat the yolk. I am not much of an egg man but now and then a hard boiled egg or two with a little salt is a fast and easy meal. No. I eat the yolks too. :):

I eat seven hard boiled eggs every morning on my way to work. I have a little steamer that can cook seven at a time. Makes cooking and peeling them a breeze.

I love hardboiled eggs. Usually I have two with lunch along with a baked sweet potato. They're easy to make, last for days, and pretty healthy.

If I ever get tired of just plain hardboiled eggs I'll chop them up and put them on a wedge salad.

My crutch is sweet iced tea and soda.

Breakfast on the last morning of a campout:

Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, hot chocolate.

Dry the water pan and you're ready to pack up. If you use an old metal coffee can to boil the water then you just crush the can under a boot and toss it in a pack. :yesway:

I eat hardboiled eggs every day. Contrary to what some people may still believe, eggs, yolk and all are not bad for you. As a matter of science fact, they are good for you.

Wanna like 'em more? Wrap them in sausage, roll in bread crumbs, and deep fry. Serve with remoulade sauce.

I only like hardboiled eggs. When I go out somewhere for breakfast I usually get some weird looks and mumbling from the waitresses when I ask for eggs like that.
