all done at the doc.. all I got in trouble for was not getting my blood work done yearly. he stressed with me the importance of having it done at my age... ok ok.. I'm getting old dangit

also my ankle/foot is not healing like it should. So I am to keep the brace on for another 3-4 weeks and take advil or aleve routinely to help
