I think that's the X1000. It looks good in red.

I definitely have a problem... Any therapist?

Yes. I charge (1) .45 1911 per hour, but I guarantee to break you of the chromesexuality. Every piece of polished metal, or chrome, that came on my "48" has been powdercoated, painted, heatwrapped, or replaced. I hate the shiny stuff.

    Kuryakyn? Baron's? J&P?

I consider myself blessed. My wife wants me to get another bike so I don't put a lot of commuting miles on the Venture. She likes touring as much as I do. She also knows I lust for a new VMAX, and she's ok with that.

And she doesn't care how many guns I have.

    Life. It's pretty darned good.

You sir are a lucky man. Now if we could just get you interested in HD instead of the VMAX...

Wow. All "new stuff". :): :):
I ride (and I do mean "ride") a 1946 Knucklehead on a '69 swingarm. If I can do it, I post a pic or two.

Looks like it worked! :rockwoot: It's an old pic but still accurate. The one on the back was my old "biker *****" now I have a 4yr. old male just like her. (I see after reviewing my post I cannot use the proper term for a female dog. Did I mention I hate PC??)
    Here's one more:

Oh I know. I have buddies whose wives "let" them ride. Mine loves to take pictures from the back seat. Not only will I keep her, I'm taking care of her so she'll last. :)

I like HDs, had one years ago, don't much want another. Nothing wrong with 'em, best chrome on the market, but I fell in love with Yamaha's liquid cooled V-4 back in '90 and have been on one ever since. :dunno:

K12lts and Chaz, nice rides guys.

I laughed pretty hard at this.

Also, keep in mind HD is the most efficient way to turn money into noise without the pesky side effect of horsepower. ;)

 (Wait, am I allowed to say that about the MoCo?) :dunno:

    It's true.

I had a 540 single KTM that made more RWHP than any of the air-cooled HDs.

But HDs ain't about going fast.

'94 Sportstah! I bought it off of Craigslist. Loud, fast enough for my liking and looks good. I need new pipes since the old ones have started rusting.

    Loud pipes saves lives...

I've been riding a Honda VLX Shadow for the past several years. Funny how people give me complements on my Harley ...even had one gas station attendant tell me how much they liked my Indian and how it looked just like the one they used to ride (...okay :dunno: ).

In spite of the fact that I love to ride the VLX (just got back from a ride this afternoon), someday I'd like something like this, from Exile Cycles (though, it would need just a little more black :D)...

    Me

That blacked out Exile is bad aced. I wish the Powerball was good to me so I could buy one or the StreetGlide in all black on black on black / no chrome! I saw one at the Lousiville HD dealership and fell in love.
