Awhile back, I bought a pair of iKam Extreme videocamera glasses via Bradis. I used them 3 times with no harsh or unusual treatment. When I went to change the lenses, following the instructions in the manual, the frames cracked in two places.
I called the company and got an RA number, sent the product back along with my completed warranty card (never got a chance to fill it out and send it in). Today, less than two weeks later, a brand new pair arrived at my house.
I like the product (ease of use, quality of the video and audio capture), and the company obviously takes good care of its customers. Hopefully this pair will hold up better.
