Excellent question. Being a CZ fan, the Canik line has been intriguing to me for awhile. I honestly don't know if there is a difference... are they one in the same, branded differently when imported? I don't think this is the case, but I'm curious about this as well.

If you are interested in one, Bud's has been selling them on Gunbroker for $347 shipped. I just won an auction for one today and am looking forward to getting it as I love the CZ-75 design. Hard to beat that price for an all steel pistol with a good reputation! They seem to have a bunch of them, because they are running them as 1-day auctions that are re-listed anytime somebody wins one.

Does anybody have any experience with the VZ grips on a CZ?

I had a Tristar C100 but traded it a while back, regretted it.
Last weekend I came across a Canik Shark C, couldn't turn it down. Logged some range time yesterday and it's sweet:ar15:
