I'm just generally curious as to what the majority of people carry. My guess would be either 9mm or .40 but, let's find out. ;)

Also; if you'd like, post WHY you chose your caliber.

**EDIT: Please vote even if you posted! I couldn't get the poll to work when I had started this thread**

~I'm pretty shocked to see 9x19 is beating .45 and .40, and the low amount of people carrying .380's as well~

*~*~Parabellum is still top dog, after over almost 90 days of solid votes! Crazy, definitely wouldn't have been my guess!*~*~

My EDC is a Ruger P345, carried everyday, summer or winter, since I purchased it several years ago, except for the Saturdays I carry my 1911 while working at ECPR.

Depends on the weather and what I'm wearing that day. Cold weather, MP9. 9mm. Warm weather, a .38 with +p and a backup speedloader.

When I first started, it was .38 Special. Then I went to 9mm. After a few years I finally got my big boy pants, and now its 45 Auto!

It depends on how I am dressed but it boils down to 9mm or 45acp. If it's winter time and I'm wearing more clothes I carry a full size 1911. During the summer I carry a sub compact 9mm or LCP if I'm in shorts.

I carried a 40 S&W for a couple years so no issue there either.
