    At this point, I will state that I also believe there is an inner earth that is populated with ITs (Inner Terrestrials), and these beings will also help us after Disclosure is made.

    Not credible. And consider this. If you have a "ground penetrating low-yield nuclear device" that will only penetrate 20 feet even if dropped from 40,000 feet, how far do you think it's going to penetrate incompressible water before it detonates? And if it only detonates 100 feet below the surface do you suppose there will be a visible mushroom cloud? Another bull crap piece of fiction from a phony propagandist. And c'mon, are you really going to believe information smuggled out of Russian military intelligence?
