OK.... I had never been a fan of the Sigma series due to the horrid trigger feel but I ran across a deal some time ago that I could not pass up. After taking this gun to the range I discovered first hand just how bad the trigger really was. So.... after doing some research I found that a trigger-job could in fact be performed. I had Wanamaker Guns do the "Glock Trigger Job" on this and I must say while not perfect it is much improved!!! I've also read that the trigger will continue to smooth-out the more it is shot.
I have since decided to narrow down my calibers and this being the only .40 that I have..... out it goes!!! This package deal includes the following:
S&W Sigma Bi-Tone 40VE (with aforementioned trigger-job) in outstanding condition with the exception of having some small marks on the plastic insert in the slide located directly under the rear sight. I don't know how these happened as they were there when I got it. Round count is believed to be under 200.
4 Magazines (2 factory 10 round & 2 factory 15 round).
Box, Manual, & Gun Lock (all original paperwork and spent casing).
Ammo (150 rounds of WWB 165gr. FMJ range ammo & 34 rounds of Winchester Ranger 155gr. JHP SD ammo).
Holster (Quality ballistic nylon pancake thumb-break holster).
Prefer local FTF cash transaction. (NOTE: I would also accept .45 ACP FMJ factory-loaded ammo as partial payment at the rate of $20 per box of 50)
$400 obo. (I've got $120 in the mags & the trigger job alone)
