Perp walked through the metal detector and it went off. Pull a hand gun from his person and was promptly shot be 2 officers. He is in surgery now. They said the perp is known to local police.

Turned out to be a pellet gun, so maybe Walmart? I would never put myself in a position like that, but if you were going to pull a gun in front of armed security, wouldn't you make sure it's a "real" gun? Not sure what he was going for there...

He likely got his gun in Tennessee. He likely did this to bring attention to raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
