Best Scotch / Favorite Scotch?

Tonight after a late Thanksgiving dinner, my uncle broke out a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue label. He poured my grandfather and myself a glass, and I was pretty impressed with how smooth and delicious it was. I've not sampled tons of different scotches, but I like Balvenie's Doublewood 12yr.

So, INGOers, what are some of your favorite scotches? (Doesn't have to be a single malt only)

I will freely admit to still preferring my bourbons, ryes and Irishes, but my favorite Scotch I have with any degree of regularity is Bruichladdich. I'm still kind of a peat wuss.

Erik, I can understand that, I had just finished some Van Winkle 12yr special reserve bourbon when I started this thread.

Highland Park 12 for a somewhat reasonably priced drink, then there is Lagavulin 16 if I want to splurge...And on the topic of bourbon, my favorite is Eagle Rare.

Glenlevet 16yo nadura

The 15yo French oak reserve is pretty good too. The 21 is just too boozy for me, not saying its bad, just figured it'd be smoother considering the coin you drop on it.

johnnie walker blue or green is hard to beat. prefer black myself, the former two are $$$$$

blue is about 250 a 1/5, green i think is like 90, or maybe i have that backwards.
