XDS Accessories - Laserlyte RSL

Does anyone have experience with the RSL sight replacement by Laserlyte? They seem viable, however I don't see much in the way of reviews on them. Search-fu yielded no results on here. I am going to be shopping for a laser to mount on my new XDs, however I want one that will be holster friendly.

Thoughts?
