Think it is a MP-18 Bergmann from 1917/18. A giveaway is where the ejection port is but the the best ID for the weapon would be the magazine port that is at an angle. I'll take submachine guns for 200 Alex.

That's it! I couldn't remember what the Lanchester was based off of last night and was too distracted by something else to look it up myself. The giveaway is the sights are in different locations on the two weapons.

At least my guess was within the same family tree of SMG's.
