Who took the sight off of Kyle's AR??

Just a question that I don't think that has ben asked??

The vids of the riot shows Kyle carrying an AR rifle with a reflex type sight (Optic).
The "Demonstration" by the Clown attorney shows no sights on this rifle??

Is it standard procedure to strip the sights off a rifle in evidence??

This may sound silly, but I NEED to KNOW??? HA.HA...Bill.

I think I heard that they had to remove it so that it would fit into the box they had it secured in at the courthouse.
