    The text of the article doesn't seem to support the title. If anything, it sounds like the White House is being non-commital before figuring out which horse to bet on. In other words, it's politics as usual.

    OK, my fault on that one. My last line was meant to say.

    More of the current existing state of affairs from the white house.
