Which .380 defensive round?

For those of you with the various pocket pistols, which is the best defensive load, in your opinion?

I had a Makarov .380 years ago, but am wondering since so many now carry LCPs/P3ATs etc, what load to you chose to defend yourself with.

I'm generally for carrying 9mm at a minimum, but these little bugs have a place, especially with summer coming.

Currently I carry 90 gr Gold Dots in my LCP. Would be curious though to see what others carry.

I am currently carrying the Fiocchi Extrema™ load that uses the 90gr Winchester XTP bullet.

90 gr Gold Dots. I also have recently acquired some of the 90 gr Hornady Critical Defense - haven't done anything with them yet though.

I carry the 102gr. Golden Sabers.
My Bersa eats them with no trouble and I just like the extra few grains of flying lead.
