You cannot let anyone hold you weapon. If you do it's an illegal transfer.

Does this mean that if Uncle Joe goes away on a trip and leaves his wife at home with the shotguns ("Buy a shotgun...buy a shotgun!) he would then become a felon due to this being considered an illegal transfer?
