These weapons would give Beijing a capability to conduct a prompt strike that paralyzes America’s command-and-control and missile-defense capabilities.

In this thread I've learned Iran's naval capability is basically that of rubber ducks but also such that it can destroy ever US ship instantly because their press release said so.

Well, the Russians have destroyed the strongest Army in Europe...NATO equipped and trained Ukraine in a war of attrition...bankrupted the European economies......Germany especially...depleted all of the reserve weapons and ammunition of NATO, while the Houthis just shot up a commercial ship protected by the mighty US navy. Why the US military cannot defeat a bunch of cave dwelling people with stone age weapons after twenty years.
