Got a 22 lb frozen turkey and thinking I need to begin the thaw process Saturday to ensure that beast is ready for the smoker Thursday morning. Thoughts ?

Coop, I'm in a similar predicament, but I have to time my turkey buying because I don't have room in the freezer. I'm not getting a real big bird though. Honestly don't really feel like messing with one this year. I've even thought about ordering a whole pre-cooked meal or two from somewhere.

Load of whites in the dryer (should be done), so laundry will be caught up, and the dishwasher is running (should be done soon). That catches everything up in those two departments at least.
