Back from Kroger. Just cleaned out a bunch of canned goods in our closet that were way past expired. They had Progresso soups on sale for 99 cents a can if you buy 8 or more, so I got 10 cans and will be getting more this weekend when I go again. Probably start stocking some other stuff too now that I've made room. Now I need to go through our regular pantry and do the same thing.

Okay, question for you parents out there. If your kids refused to eat their supper because "they don't like it", even though they liked it the night before, what did you do? I told the boys that if they ate their dinner they could have cookies for dessert. They "didn't like it" even though they liked it last night. My instinct is to leave it on the table and if they get hungry, then they can eat what's on the table (cold). No more snacks or anything. That's the way I was raised though.
