Numbers were a little high today so I stopped and picked up some broccoli and cauliflower mix for dindin tonight. I have 1 less pill I have to take tonight so I count that as a win.

No lol horses are good. Need the vitamin k to bring my numbers down. My blood was thinner than what is normally.

Howdy bcannon. Doc started me on a diuretic after my visit on Friday and they've really started working. Glad I take it in the morning though. Lord knows I don't need to get up and pee at night more than I already do!
