Evenin' mom. The granddaughters helped DoggyMama pull weeds again this afternoon, so she's taking them to a place called "5 Below", where everything is 5 bucks or less to spend their pay tomorrow. Sounded like she was rather over generous with the pay today.

I was going to suggest that Expat use his rice in place of cereal in the morning. Haven't had it in forever, but I used to like rice with butter, a little cinnamon and milk.

Pic isn't very good (from DoggyMama's phone), but this was me with the granddaughters pulling weeds and wood poppies yesterday. I think we all look a little irritated, like "What?? We're workin' here!"

They say the camera adds 10 lbs. Dangit! I forgot to tell my doctor that I had my picture taken yesterday. That would explain some of the weight gain!
