I had the sausage patties, eggs and rye toast.

I'm making my egg McMuffins again. I need to pick up some more bagels at the grocery today.

I'm liking the rye toast option. It's a nice change from the normal bread.
Wife made a seafood breakfast casserole that is incredible. Probably polish that off and have a banana.

I like rye on occasion, like you said it is a pleasant change. I got it this week because I got sliced corned beef for my lunch sandwiches.

I do not believe I have ever had, or thought of, seafood for breakfast...

I'll try to snap a pic of the recipe and post. You use that imitation crab meat which is really white fish. The durkee onions on top are great baked.
