Just got back from picking up a few things at Kroger. They were busy! I felt like having some shrimp cocktail to munch on tonight, even though we won't really be celebrating New Year's Eve. Also had 20 cents off gas from last month that were about to expire so I went ahead and filled up. Still pretty cold out, but it's sunny at least. Sounds like the really nasty stuff won't be moving in until well after midnight.

No, but the wink and big grin were hard to tell apart. was always a wink. Now the old big grin is gone (replaced by the green guy I guess) but it did look nearly identical to the wink.

Remember back in the old days of chat rooms and bulletin boards when you had to spell out stuff like *BG* for "Big Grin" or *VBG* for "Very Big Grin", *VBS* for "Very Big Smile", etc.? We didn't have all these fancy new-fangled emoticons!

I also remember *EG* or *WEG* for "Evil Grin" and "Wicked Evil Grin* too.
