Selling an attic find for a friend:
(I believe) It is a Springfield 1903 S stock without grasping grooves. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. Seems to be a solid old (walnut?) military stock.
Stamped P on the bottom of the wrist. The old tape on the stock leaves behind a residue, but looks like it could be easily cleaned off.
