I recently handled and considered purchasing a Sig P250. Its a .40 but comes with a .357 barrel, 3 13 round mags, and night sites. He asking $500 for it. I have heard mixed opinions on the P250. Does anyone have any feedback on them. Thanks in advance.

That seems to be an OK price considering you get two barrels & 3 magazines.

"extra pieces" for that system aren't that easy to find and they're expensive when you do.

I never was able to find mags at a cost I was willing to pay...

I had a 2SUM in 9mm for a short time. I fired something like 70-75rs through each frame before I traded it away. I never had any issues with 5-6 types of ammo. Definitely accurate enough.

Personally, I think the idea for the P250 system is a fantastic one. It's just been poor in roll-out and availability.

For what it's worth, you can probably find a used G23 and get a .357Sig barrel for less money than the above P250. Plus mags are CHEAP and available everywhere.
