    Looking at picking up a Sig P220 in .22LR to train with due to the fact that I use either a 226 or 220 as my daily carry piece.

    Opinions, needed please and thank you!


    I have shot the Sig Mosquito and the Walther P22 and was less than impressed.

    have you looked at these kits for your existing pistol?

    .22 Rimfire Conversion Kit

    Yes I have that is what led me to consider the whole shebang.

    I will also be using this as a training tool to teach my wife with also. That is the main reason I will be looking at the complete pistol option. That way if She decides that she wants to shoot it is not dependent on what I choose to holster that day...

    man i have tried to comment here as well as else where but i just haven't played with one. the sig mosquito on the other hand is completely hit or miss. its either good or plain sucks. i haven't messed with one but have heard great and bad things about them. hopefully your set up is good to go
