Powder valley has it in-stock for $25 a pound, I'm giving $40 a pound for what I'm using....if this works as well as there tactical rifle powder, I'll be thrilled

Been working my way through a jar of Precision Rifle for the last couple years as a Varget replacement. Less powerful on average but has worked great in .303, 6.5 Carcano, 8mm, .308, 30-06, etc. Nothing wrong with Shooters World except a paucity of load data for odd calibers. But, you can always find it on a burn chart and compare it to similar powders to take a guess at a safe start point.

I just bought last week16 lbs of Green Label Match rifle from Brian, it was just under 200.00 a jug. I havent used any of it before but im looking for a reasonable priced replacement for some powder we will run out of next year.
I will be loading 69 and 77 grainers in 5.56
I would be surprised if brian didnt have what your looking for.
You might want to check on CMP and the AR forums.

I just refuse to pay that extra 20.00 a pound for that powder.
Thats one of the reasons I love Quickload Software.

I use SW powders and really like them.
I have not found a load with AR+ in 223 or 308 that is perfect yet, but I have for the 6 BR.
High velocity, extreme accuracy, no pressure signs, thats perfect.
