scope/ring/rail suggestions for 10/22

looking for some suggestions for scopes/rings and rails on a 10/22. we typically shoot about 80-100 yards just plinking...nothing hard core. Thank you.

I have a Simmons 3-9X40 that I love. Don't remember what brand rings I used (I mainly bought them because Plainfield Shooting Supplies had them in stock). I used the Ruger-supplied scope mount, worked fine.
