I came across this at the 1500.

    Disassembles into only 5 parts
    9mm 10+1 Mag capacity
    AMERICAN MADE!
    Ambidextrous Safety
Comes in Black and Bi-tone SS
EDIT: MSRP shows $340 on the website. I think a dealer was selling one for only $240ish.

Anyone own one of these? What do you think?

Yes, it does look very similar to the P11, with the addition of the safety. I wouldn't like the finger grooves. But I've never been that groovy of a guy.

I sold one earlier on the forum. Good little gun. Some of their earlier models had some FTF and other issues, however mine ran fine. Nice sized and pretty accurate for a small 9mm. Almost identical looking to a Kel-tec, in fact some folks say you can even interchange some parts. They had to change their name to SCCY from SKYY because of a lawsuit from SKYY Vodka. You can buy them new for around $250 and used from $185 to $200. Mine had a pretty good trigger that was much better than the P11.

Run away. Run far far far away from any SCCY/SKYY products.

If you want one, get a KelTec P11. They're much better made and more reliable.

Head over to GlockTalk and do a search for them. General consensus is that they're below HighPoint in terms of overall quality and reputation.
