SBR question

How would one go about transfering an SBR from one private party to another?

As long as its in state, its done on a Form 4. No dealers involved.

Out of state it goes to a class 3 dealer then to the buyer.

Sorry, I had to post and run. Not trying to be rude. As stated above, out of state transfer has to go through a dealer. Otherwise, read the sticky and see what questions you might have.

Some people have a problem paying a total strange in full for a item and not leave with it for 3 plus months...I have done it...as I have found most all Class 3 people our as honest as the day is long...
